Account & Data Deletion

AllLang (the "Service"), operated by Cosmo Studio Inc., gives you two ways to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Follow the steps below and your account and data — including your learning history — will be erased without undue delay.

Method 1 · Delete in the app (recommended · instant)

The fastest way is to delete your account directly inside the AllLang app. Follow the steps below and all of your learning data is erased immediately, with no waiting period.

  1. 1Open the AllLang app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to the Profile tab from the bottom menu.
  3. 3Open Settings → Account.
  4. 4Tap “Delete account.”
  5. 5Confirm the prompt — your account and all data are deleted immediately.

Method 2 · Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, or in-app deletion isn't an option, you can request deletion by email instead.

  1. 1Send an email to support@alllang.app.
  2. 2Use the subject line “Account deletion request.”
  3. 3Include the email address (or login method) tied to your account so we can verify your identity.

Once we receive your request, we verify your identity and delete your account and related data without undue delay (within 7 business days), and reply to confirm once it's done.

Data that is deleted

Deleting your account permanently and irrecoverably erases the following data.

  • Account identifiers (email, social login ID, username)
  • Conversation transcripts with the AI tutor, correction and translation history, saved words/sentences/mistakes
  • Learning statistics such as call time, streaks, word-game scores, and roleplay history
  • Onboarding and preference data — native/learning language, preferred voice, notification times, and similar settings
  • Push tokens and device identifiers used for notifications
  • Subscription identifiers and subscription status (we never collect payment method details)
  • All local data stored on your device
Raw call audio is never stored in the first place, so it isn't part of the deletion — it's discarded immediately after real-time processing.

Data that is retained, and for how long

As a rule, all personal data is destroyed as soon as it's deleted. The following are exceptions, kept separately for a limited period as required by applicable law before being destroyed.

Member information kept in case of disputes, rights-infringement reports, or investigation requests
Up to 1 year from the date the account is closed
Internal policy / applicable law
Transaction and payment records required to be kept under e-commerce law
The period required by applicable law (e.g. up to 5 years for payment records)
Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Korea)

Once the retention period ends, the information is permanently and irrecoverably deleted; any printed copies are shredded or incinerated. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

If you have an active paid subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription in the store you subscribed through first.

  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AllLang
  • iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AllLang
